Types of Agency
Appointed by either vessel owner/operator or charterer to look after and protect their interest.
Appointed for a service call, bunker call, dry docking, crew changes, procurement etc
OPA/CPA- Non Boarding
Appointed as the “Controlling Office” towards a state terminal agent and we control the customer relationship, including pricing, FDA submission and funding. Unable to board vessel due to restrictions from terminal- Mainly on hydrocarbon vessel.
Directly appointed and is responsible for registering the vessels with all concerned stake holders, i.e. Port authorities, immigration, customs, shipper/receiver, etc.

We intend not only to cover all the commercial and industrial ports of
(i.e. Hamad, Mesaieed, Ras Laffan, Ruwais, Lusail Al Shaheen, Halul and Al Rayyan Terminal) but private and project related ports as well, including Simaisama, Lusail, GEWAN, Pearl and various other private jetties and offshore fields.
